For your convenience, we offer evening appointments Monday through Wednesday or early morning appointments throughout the week. If for any reason you cannot keep your scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Recall Appointments
Regular preventive dental care is the basis of your dental health. The responsibility for this treatment is primarily the patient’s. We will however provide reminders when it’s time for your regular examination and treatment.
Cancellations
The time we have reserved for you is valuable. We do our best to keep on schedule. We ask that you notify us within 48 hours if you cannot keep your appointment so that this valuable time can be used by someone else. We reserve the right to charge for scheduled appointments that are not kept or canceled unless we are given 48 hours advanced notice.
Emergencies
Dental emergencies can be very painful, and thus when they occur, we are available to you. As a general rule, call the offices, and we will be able to schedule an appointment to resolve the problem.
