When you arrive for your first visit, please be prepared to complete all insurance and health information forms that will allow us to begin your dental treatment. We will ask you to fill out several forms that will get you acquainted with our office. You may also download the forms from our website, complete them beforehand and bring them with you to your appointment.
During your consultation, you will meet our team and discuss your dental goals with Dr. Sandhu. We will take any necessary X-rays and create a treatment plan that works with your goals and budget.
Dental implants, Invisalign®, porcelain veneers and Zoom! Whitening are some of the cosmetic options available. BOTOX® and collagen fillers can also be incorporated into your treatment plan to give you the perfect smile.
